How to Get Support?

On how many websites can I use Averun extensions?
Our license allows you to use a single extension license on one Magento installation.
Extension is not domain related, but installation related. If you run several domains on the same instance of Magento, you can use one extension license. However if you run each website on a new installation of Magento, you need separate license for each of them.

If I buy an extension, how would I get it?
After you make a purchase, the order will appear in the "My Orders" section of your personal account page.
You must be logged in to view your orders.
As soon as the order status becomes completed the purchased extensions appear in the «My Downloadable Products» section.
Payment may take up to three days to be completed in PayPal.
Here you can see and download installation packages of the extensions you have purchased. Installation and other instructions you can see on product page and our site.

What is your money back period?
14 days

I want get my money back?
Contact the our support team and explain the reason for the return. Maybe we can help you without refund. If we can't, the money will be returned to you. Note that the commission Paypal for the transaction is $0.30.

Do you offer free updates?
Yes, Averun provides unlimited period of free updates for all products.

How can I upgrade the extension up to the latest version?
You can download the latest version from the Download area in your personal account: My Account » My Products. After you have downloaded the package, you should just install it over your current version, following the installation instructions (you can find them in the Installation Guide on product page).

Can I customize your module after installation?
Yes, you can. All our extensions are 100% open source. You can also contact us. We will be glad to help you. We have implemented many wishes from our customers for their projects. You can see more about our custom work on the page Customize my store

Receiving a 404 Error after installation
Please logout from admin panel and login again, and clear Magento cache.

I have error "CONNECT ERROR : Unsupported resource type" in magento connect manager. I follow your guide. What i do wrong?
On some magento installation, users have this problem. If you get it please try extract package *.tgz and upload files via ftp manager to your site. If you have any problem, you can contact to us support.

I installed the extension by Installation Guide but no change on user end. What have I done wrong?
This happens, for example, when the site is on flat data. You need to do a full reindex data: System -> Index Management -> Select All -> Submit (field Actions should be Reindex Data)

When I try install extension via Magento Connect Manager I have an error: "CONNECT ERROR: The 'community' channel is not installed. Please use the MAGE shell script to install the 'community' channel." What is wrong?
The root cause of this is that Magento wasn’t completely setup when installed. You’re most likely to encounter this when the Magento installation is new or there haven’t been any extensions installed yet.
To fix this, have your system administrator SSH into your web server and run the following commands:
chmod 777 mage
./mage mage-setup

    • Unpack the archive to Magento folder

  • Site files via FTP
  • Access to DB via phpMyAdmin (not required)
