How to Get Support

When sending a support request, please describe the issue in as much detail as possible, including screenshots. 
Also please provide FTP and backend access details if you think we may need it for issue resolution:

  • FTP (and SSH) access to your server (including your host or IP address, the username and the password);
  • Access to your server control panel or database manager to set up a MySQL;
  • Access to your Magento administration panel (login and password).
